Dear New Homeowner:
Welcome to Masters Club! On behalf of the Masters Club HOA Board of Directors and the other homeowners, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the neighborhood. We are proud of the community and all that is has to offer. As a homeowner, you are a member of the homeowners association. Masters Club is covenant controlled which helps to ensure homeowners that they are living in a community that seeks to preserve and enhance the value of their homes. It is through each homeowner adhering to the covenants that helps to protect values and also contribute to a harmonious neighborhood. When you closed on the purchase of your new home you should have received copies of the MCHOA documents to include by-laws and covenants. It is important that you review these documents which also may be found here. A few key points:- The covenants require that all exterior changes or improvements to a home, including landscaping and painting be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee in writing for review and approval.
- The Town of Castle Rock fire code does not allow on-street parking. The code requires streets remain unencumbered in case emergency vehicles are called into our community. Throughout the neighborhood are parking areas for the use of your guests and visitors. Accordingly, residences are asked not to use these areas to park their personal vehicles.
- HOA dues are currently $75 per month payable to Masters Club HOA. Dues must be received by the 10th day of the month to avoid a fine $10 per month and a late fee of $1.00 per day. Please contact our association business manager, Cindy Hughes of The Bottom Line at 303-660-8939 for further information regarding your payment. The MCHOA dues are in addition to the Plum Creek Master Association dues which are currently $25 per month.
- Individual homeowners are responsible to arrange for trash pick up service. Waste Management at 1-866-482-6406 or 303-797-1600 and Suburban Waste Services at 303-683-8887 are two companies that service the community. They pick up on Thursdays.
