Dear New Homeowner:

Welcome to Masters Club! On behalf of the Masters Club HOA Board of Directors and the other homeowners, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the neighborhood. We are proud of the community and all that is has to offer. As a homeowner, you are a member of the homeowners association. Masters Club is covenant controlled which helps to ensure homeowners that they are living in a community that seeks to preserve and enhance the value of their homes. It is through each homeowner adhering to the covenants that helps to protect values and also contribute to a harmonious neighborhood. When you closed on the purchase of your new home you should have received copies of the MCHOA documents to include by-laws and covenants. It is important that you review these documents which also may be found here. A few key points: Please check the website for the time and location of board meetings which all homeowners are welcome to attend. The annual HOA meeting is held in December. The Association’s social committee arranges several gatherings throughout the year which allow neighbors to meet and greet each other. To help control expenses and keep dues reasonable, we schedule a ‘clean up’ day each summer where resident volunteers will be asked to help clean up our common grass areas and streets.
Again, welcome to the community and remember to check back in to help keep you informed of community administration.
Sincerely,
Jamie Hahl, President
Masters Club HOA Board of Directors
